We are the first printer in the country to use the Quad 4 Proofing System. The entire system was custom designed by P&P to meet our stringent requirements.

The concept was simple, we wanted our press operators to be able to see the same digital proofs that our clients submitted, to ensure the highest levels of quality control.  This allows our press operators to view a live digital proof of your publication during the entire press run, enabling higher levels of consistency and thoroughness.

The system was designed by our own Imaging Manager, David Garren.  He coordinated with our press operators to create a functional, real-time system.

The proprietary software and hardware system takes the original digital masters that you uploaded, encodes them, and transfers them live to a 4-monitor, quality control workstation. Each press operator (on all of our presses) sees first hand, what the designer sees.
