Continuous Blanket Contact

P&P Press uses QuadStack Web Presses which feature “continuous blanket contact” where the paper never leaves contact with the cylinders which enables extremely tight registration and keeps your images from looking “fuzzy.”

In addition, the QuadStack is half as tall as other four-color units so there is no opportunity for the paper to stretch and allows for the more flexible configuration that enables instant UV curing for an environmentally friendly alternative to heat-set printing.

The QuadStack technology has caused ripples across the printing industry, and P&P Press is proud to have been an early adopter. We were one of the first in America to add UV capability to the QuadStack process. P&P–where Green really happens.
